Returns & Exchanges

At Graphique, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item securely in its original box with all protective inserts to prevent damage to fragile home goods during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
